Digital Presence After COVID 19

The economy is starting to open up and businesses are starting to get back to work. While the new normal isn't what we are used to, businesses large and small are finding ways to adapt to the new marketplace. This includes finding new ways to communicate, ensuring customer and client safety, and adjusting work schedules.


Some businesses are using this time to restate their message to clients and customers, while others need to reinvent themselves or shift their message to accommodate the changing economic landscape.


Could you imagine if COVID 19 hit in the 1990s or earlier? The economic shutdown would've been much greater. But thanks to the internet, email, and digital communication, many of us have had the option to keep our businesses moving. These communication practices will become more frequently used and need to be embraced.


With even more attention being drawn to digital communication, now is a great time to revisit your brand's digital presence. Consider these questions when planning for future communications:

  • Does your logo truly represent your business and what you do?

  • Is your logo clean and saved in the correct formats?

  • Do you have an email campaign? If not, now is the time to build one. Consider this wild statistic: Global email users are set to grow to 4.3 billion users in 2023 (Statista, 2020). That’s over half of the world’s population!

  • How clean is your website design? Is it setup for SEO?
